Originating from Grafton, Auckland in 1975 Concept Lighting has developed to become one of the leading forces of commercial lighting in New Zealand. The name was changed to Concept Lighting Architecture in 2008 and now operates from it’s head office on the North Shore of Auckland with branches in Wellington and Christchurch. The business is also expanding it’s operation into Australia.
Much of this development is due to Concept’s manufacturing operation, which continues to satisfy the need for locally produced, quality industrial luminaires produced to exact requirements.
Working alongside architects, specifiers and other invested parties Concept Lighting also provides design services and technical expertise on a vast array of projects. From Heritage refurbishments to hyper-modern developments Concept’s experienced and professional team lead the way in providing imported or locally manufactured lighting solutions to suit each space.
The range of product available through Concept’s extensive list of exclusive agencies is vast, ensuring we can offer options for all aspects of a project, with all the benefits that come from using a single supply source; such as co-ordination of deliveries, support with onsite problems and the ability to modify product during the course of a project without hassle. We utilise regular monthly consolidated air shipments from our suppliers to provide fast product turnaround along with regular stock and project shipments via sea freight.
