Project: Manukau City Council Civic Centre

When Ross Crawford (MWH) and Mark Kessner (eCubed) needed a product range that would provide them with the inspiration needed to give life to this existing building. They turned to Robert Ginns at Concept Lighting Architecture to provide the solutions. Understanding the need to highlight the best architectural elements of the building Concept Lighting were heavily involved with the design process right throughout this 18 month project.

The products needed to be flexible to work within the limitations; a refurbishment and the Concept Profile range filled this need, complemented by high performance luminaires and a Servodan control system. A Green star rating of four was intended at design stage and the lighting met every requirement given.
